All Property Is Sold "As Is"

1.     All property is sold "as is", and neither Humrich Fine Art nor any consignor makes any warranties of any kind or nature with respect to the property and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, or description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, or condition of the property and no statement made upon conclusion of the sale, in the sale description, or in the bill of sale, or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

2.      No statement as to the condition of any item should be construed as definitive and Humrich Fine Art does not guarantee that all defects, imperfections or restoration present have been specifically stated.

3.     In no event shall the liability of Humrich Fine Art to any purchaser with respect to any item exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item, and the Purchaser shall have no claim for interest.

4.     All purchases are subject to the New York 8.25% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a New York sales tax reseller number.

5.   The copyright in all images, illustrations and written material relating to an item is and shall remain at all times the property of Humrich Fine Art and shall not be used by the Purchaser or anyone else without the prior written consent of Humrich Fine Art.
